Cooking Class, Traditional Lombok Food

Cooking class, learning to cook of Lombok tradisional food. It is lesson to find out ingredient how the Sasak (lombok people) cook. 

Cooking class with local tutor. The tutor will show and teach you how to Cook in Lombok about Sasak food and this activity you will do in Local house. The food you cook, it for lunch or dinner.

Itinerary:

- Pick you up from your accommodation in Tetebatu at 11:00 am if you do cooking class for lunch. And if you do for dinner, we Will pick you up at 6:00 pm.

- Bring you to local house where you do cooking class.

- Cooking about 1-2 hours

- Enjoy the food.

- Bring you back to your accommodation.

Here some menu what you can  cook on this activity that you can choose:

1. Chiken Chilli saos + vegetable soup.

2. Urap-urap(vegetable with coconut great) + friend tempe & tofu with tomat saos.

3. Chiken curry.( Chiken with coconut milk)

4. Jack fruit curry. 

5. Fried rice + chiken + kerupuk ( cracker ).

6. Olah-olah(vegetable with coconut milk).

7. Gado-Gado(Vegetable with peanut saos) mixed with tofu & cracker.

8. Fried fish Chili saos.
